The role of Darkpool

Darkpool is a software interface and integration layer. It does not operate an exchange, custody wallet, liquidity pool, mixing contract, or treasury. It does not claim to provide regulated financial services. Availability of software features does not establish legal eligibility for a transaction.

Third-party protocols and providers operate independently. Their terms, restrictions, custody arrangements, identity checks, and recovery processes apply to their services.

Your authorization

You are responsible for verifying token contracts, networks, amounts, recipient and refund details, approvals, and the exact transaction displayed by your wallet. Connecting a wallet is distinct from authorizing a transaction.

Never disclose private keys or seed phrases. Transactions may be irreversible. Darkpool cannot reverse blockchain records or recover missing signing material.

Fees, quotes, and technical risks

Quotes, prices, fees, and execution times are estimates, not guarantees. Network congestion, liquidity changes, price impact, slippage, and provider interruptions may change outcomes. Network fees can be charged even if a transaction fails.

Smart contracts, bridges, wallets, RPCs, relayers, and third-party APIs can fail or be compromised. Provider swaps may involve temporary provider custody. Privacy properties vary and may be weakened by timing, amount, wallet behavior, or metadata correlation.

The software is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, loss prevention, anonymity, or asset recovery. Use of the interface is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Do not use Darkpool to evade sanctions, provider geographic restrictions, identity checks, account limits, or applicable laws. Do not use another person’s exchange account or attempt undisclosed provenance-laundering routes.

A provider can decline or pause a transaction, request identity verification, or require a recovery process under its terms. Darkpool does not bypass those controls.

Release scope

Only capabilities explicitly enabled in the application are available. Privacy execution requires a compatible wallet and explicit review. Partner orders require configured approved credentials and durable storage; personal exchange access is limited to verified read-only keys. Real-money execution has not been verified by the development agent.

Operator identity, jurisdiction-specific terms, and private support arrangements require owner review before commercial rollout. This page does not invent an operating company, license, or regulatory authorization.
